I have methadone in a 10mg for 100ml. oral solution.
I was shooting up one to two points (fairly clean, pure heroin) per 24 hours all last week up to last saturday.
Woke up sick this sunday, took 30mg.
Today I took another 30mg.
I have decided to stop taking anymore opiates as of today.
Next tuesday is my urine test, giving me eight days to clear my system.
Can someone tell me if this is long enough for my body to bring the methadone down to an undetectable level within eight days?
note- I am an on/off junkie, and this time coming off a two month on and off heroin spree. I have never taken methadone in my life until these last couple of weeks.
I know there are no magic methods to expel the drugs any faster from my body, all I can think of is stay off high fat foods, hydrate with lots of water (with pure lemon juice), take my B-100 multivitamin, and daily exercise.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
