Urinating on painkillers...

So back in November I had to get an appendectomy, and all went well. I stayed in the hospital a few days and was hooked up to IV Morphine. It took me maybe 15-20 minutes to just pee, and I thought it may be because I couldn't flex my bladder as it was hurting too much. But then I went home and got some prescribed Vicodin, and was taking 2 every 3 hours, and while I was on that I had trouble peeing.

Now a few nights ago I was rolling, and I stumbled across a few Oxycodones in my cousin's house, so I popped a few of those. I couldn't pee for maybe.. 2 days.

I'm just making sure this is normal...

Its not normal to not be able to piss for 2 days at all. When on opiates its pretty normal to have trouble but not that long after.
 
Did you eat the oxys whole? If so it may be conceivable for a very opiate naieve person to have trouble for a day or so afterwards but if you cant piss at all there is something very wrong, go to the hospital.
 
I'm on oxy for pain and I have trouble taking a pee too. it helps to sit down and pee. I remember we just had a thread about this. its pretty common. but not for 2 days.
 
When I'm on opiates I can stand in front of the toilet for more than five minutes before I can produce a stream...even if my bladder is full and I feel like I need to piss really bad...so yeah, urinating abnormally is common on painkillers, I don't know about the whole two-day thing...drink more water the next time you take Oxy.
 
Sorry, I should've been more specific.

I took the Oxys at night, and then had trouble peeing the whole next day. That was what I meant by two days.

Haha, I'm glad to here other people feel the same thing I do though.
 
yea pissing is hard on painkillers, sometimes i just say fuck it i'm outta here. it's easier when take a little kratom with it or for me at least.
 
People on here have admitted to making videos of themselves pissing so they can watch it while they're trying to go on opiates...

A little odd, but whatever works!
 
have you ever had a fukin catheter man? That shit is in no way fun or easy. Its gotta come out sometime.
 
I have always had the same problem . When i'm "high" i have trouble getting started peeing, then while peeing i always stop, start , stop, start , its hard to keep a steady stream. This is only when I'm high, mind you. I take Methadone every day and my bladder works fine, because i have a tolerance to it.
 
when i read this thread title i thought that for some reason someone tried pissing on a couple of pain pills to get a more intense high. not peeing is common among opiate usage but definitely not for 2 days.

or when i have to go, but don't even have a full bladder
 
both rolling and oxcodone will make it difficult to pee. jesus do people just read one line or what?

its not totally abnormal if you havent had enough pure water i.e. not gatorade. just sit on the toilet rleax and chill and eventually the piss will come. mdma is 60% excreted unchanged and if you aren weeing it out it could still be combining with the oxy's for no wee city. seriously though relax and drink water and give yourself time.

my friend cannot wee after mdma for what seems like an uncomfortably long time. i.e more than a day

give us more information

what kind of form of oxycodone are u talking about

were they oxycontin or any type of extended release formula
cuz if they were then that's you answer why u couldnt pee

but if they were just regular IR or percoset-type pill then its mostly mental or ur health issue

cuz some people have mental blocks when it comes to pissing and takes a little while to pee

so tell us EXACTLY wat u took and we can further answer ur question with a final answer.

ive never not be ABLE to piss on opiates, but it takes a LONG time sometimes, one time took 30 mins 4 real.
