so I just got prescribed the Vicodin cough syrup, tiussonix or whatever and gave it to my pharmacy. I'm under 18, can I still pick it up? The lady said it'd be ready in an hour. If my mom gets it she'll keep it and distribute it to me as needed, and I don't want that to happen. But I don't wanna go try to pick it up and get in trouble. Advice? Experience? I need to know soon, I'm gonna go I'm 45-1 to try and get it!​
 
No way for us to tell you that. If its your prescription I don't see why you wouldn't be able to pick it up but laws vary from state to state and enforcement varies from pharmacy to pharmacy. The best way to find an answer to your question is to call the pharmacy and ask them. We don't allow legal discussion on this site because we're not lawyers and due to variations in laws/enforcement of laws we probably couldn't give you an answer even if we were.
