Ok I am out of Ativan today and having a panic attack from the caffeine.
My script I can get refilled tomorrow. Meantime, I have zopiclone 5's, zopiclone 7.5's, and about every OTC under the sun. I've read that zope, while functioning as a sleep aid, works similarly to benzos.
Can I sub zope for Ativan? If so, let's talk dosage... It takes 3mg Ativan to help w anxiety. Should I take about 3.75 of zope? (Half of a 7.5?) will I be able to drive? Or is there a better suggestion?
It's thanksgiving and the last place I want to be tonight is the late nite pharmacy ?
