Stimulants URGENT - Possible methamphetamine overdose.

SWIM made a really bad decision about four days ago and bought aprox. 3.5 grams of meth. He IV'd the majority of it and smoked the rest over 24 hours. SWIM was under the influence of heroin when he bought the meth. He told me that it was his first time using meth and he had no idea it was so potent. It is now 96 hours later and SWIM is still very high.

What can SWIM expect to happen and is possible, can he shorten the length of the high?
