URGENT - Need information regarding methamphetamine consumption.

URGENT - 2 to 3g Meth used in short time. Need help.

My boyfriend made a really bad decision about four days ago and bought aprox. 2-3 grams of meth. He IV'd the majority of it and smoked the rest over 24 hours. He was under the influence of heroin when he bought the meth. He told me that it was his first time using meth and he had no idea it was so potent. It is now 96 hours later and he is still very high.

What can I expect to happen in the coming hours and is possible, can he shorten the length of the high? Or can I do anything to help? I've been making sure he eats and takes vitamins and stuff but we're both really worried.

Yes. He took his last xanax about 4 hours ago. They seemed to help but we are mostly concerned with how much longer he will be high.
