In my humble opinion, there is no room for being sorry here, so best be safe. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain by going to ER and getting the symptoms checked out.
It could just be a serious case of vasoconstriction and will die down of it's own accord, but there is no harm in finding out the cause of these and the best thing you could do right now, if you fear you have OD'd, is to get yourself to a hospital.

You have been up all night taking a stimulant known to place stress on the heart.

In my opinion, it is in the interests of harm reduction to close this thread instead of awaiting replies from mostly non-qualified internet nurses and doctors on a forum. Not to insult anybody because it is a knowledgeable lot that is around here, but we're also a responsible bunch and the most responsible thing you could do here is get yourself checked out instead of sitting in front of a computer.

I really think you should phone an ambulance then.

atara is a smart person and it very well could be minor orthostatic hypotension but the risk isn't worth taking at all, especially if you are particularly alarmed by these symptoms. How are you feeling now? At best you will just be in the hospital for a short while. Please take my advice. You should really get yourself checked out and call an ambulance. The Paramedics will come and take your blood pressure, heart rate etc and advise you further. We are an internet forum who can't possibly make an accurate diagnosis. In light of this, I am going to close it once you have confirmed you are going to seek medical attention.

I can't see any reason to keep this open now. This thread has served it's purpose I reckon, you've got the best kind of advice you can get given the lack of information we can work with. It's up to you whether you take this advice, but I want to echo my earlier sentiment of seeking medical attention. You could potentially get a friend round to look after you just incase, if for whatever reason you don't want to get medics involved, but it's not a big issue if you do. Better to be safe than sorry, mate.

All the best. (If any mod disagrees with me closing, please let me know!)
