Heroin URGENT HELP REQUIRED - Drug Testing

Hi all, I hope someone can give me some good advice. I have relapsed today by stupidly taking heroin. I am due to be drug tested (probably saliva but could be urine) on tuesday (approx 36 hrs time) and am really worried that i may fail. Please if anyone has any advice on how I can pass this test, perhaps how i can increase my body's metabolism or something? Any help will be extremely useful :)
