Urgent help needed

I missed a meth shot in the crook of my arm..

Never done this before..

Its red and infected...ive drawn a circle around the site

Im in a country where i can be jailed for a long time for this...

Please help..going to hospital isnt the best option..

I circled the redness...its dissapated somewhat..so my body is fighting off the infection..

All ive done is clean the site with soap and water and put it under hot water several times.
 
are there no legal protections for doctor visits?

I posted this because im in a country where im looking at significant jailtime..

Now, ive circled the infection in pencil...its shrunk by at least 25%

Hospital, then jail, for harm min sakes is a bad option

Looks like my body is fighting it off..thank fuk
 
The redness/ infection has shrunk ...i circled it with pencil

It doesnt look great, but its a lot better..

Im going to take that as a sign that my body is fighting it ..

They would still have to find the drug in your possession or on your property though right? If you have to go to hospital make sure you clean house first throw away any and all drugs and paraphernalia (pipes etc) that you own. They can't prosecute you just for having a red mark on your arm regardless of what country you're in.

I'm not sure of the laws here.100%...i know in singapore or malaysia, you can bs jailed if its in your system.

Here, prob have to find stuff..
Steroids are legal, but require im or subq injection

My infection has shrunk..about 50% now...im taking it as a good sign and not seeking medical advice yet

Thats reassuring. Can you abstain for a few days in case you do need to go to hospital, like if it gets worse again? Meth is out of your system pretty quick 3 days max usually if they did test you but I'm not even sure they would.

Easily...

I havent touched it for about 3 days..rebound hypersomnia which led to me seeking it out

But i can abstain..

The redness is still about 50% of what it was. Im claiming victory this time.

Ive never had an iv complication before ..not like this. Not in 10 years

Scary place to have a new experience.
 
It does sound scary. Things like this are why I've never played around with IV drug use. It sounds like this time though you're quite lucky and it's getting better on its own, but you have the option of cleaning house and going to hospital if you absolutely have to.

Hopefully later on somebody who's more experienced with IV drug use can chime in. Obviously nobody here can give you medical advice but I'm sure this kind of thing has happened to lots of people before.
 
I've had abscesses and infections from IV meth use. Typically if it is truly infected it will not go away on it's own. Soreness and redness is not a true indicator of a problematic infection though. If the infection is truly bad enough you are not going to get away without at least using antibiotics. If it's gotten 50% better you are likely OK, but watch out for it getting worse.
 
I woke up, after 2 hours sleep. Id say its better, but i put some gel over it which is supposed to be healing and it hurt like hell, so it effected my skin..
 
The update, i have a burn rash around the site and up the arm about 3/4 centimetres..its like nappy rash..and feels like a burn on the surface of the skin
. Hasnt gotten worse ..but id appreciate any advice
