URGENT: Am I in danger? (Tapentadol + low dose dxm + adderall)

I took my daily 30mg of DXM an hour ago (for amph tolerance), an adderall a half hour ago, and a tapentadol pill my friend gave me just now. Then I remembered Tapentadol is an NRI. DXM is also an NRI. and adderall is an NRA. Am I in danger of a hypertensive crisis?

I took a euphoria dose of adderall (40mg in my case), 30mg of DXM, and either 50 or 75mg of tapentadol.

Guess it's not dangerous. I feel fine, should have taken less adderall though, because it just feels like adderall normally with a tiny hint of opiate feeling.

Just because you feel fine does not mean it is not dangerous - always keep that in mind. As for the combo of drugs you have taken, I would stay aware of how you are feeling and what your body and mind are doing on account of the drugs. I would avoid that combination in the future, even if you do not feel ill or in danger, for it is not a particularly safe combo as you realized after you took the drugs. Always know what you are taking and what the drugs you are taking will do to you, and what to expect, how they work etc. BEFORE you take the drugs. Be very careful in mixing - it is not child's play.
 
I would not assume you are definitely ok just because you still feel alright an hour after taking the tapentadol. Regular release tapentadol takes about 1.25 to 2 hrs to reach peak plasma concentrations. How are you feeling now?

It can be very difficult for us to tell you if a specific combination/dose of drugs is dangerous, because even if someone does have a lot of knowledge in that area there are so many different variables, like tolerance, metabolism, weight, health, your unique brain and body, how close you took the meds together, etc - it's not an easy thing to assess, especially over the internet. Try to research things before you take them in future :)
 
Well, if you guys were wondering, I came out totally fine, no bad side effects of note. And, I've been up for two days now, my friend gave me a pill, said it was an opiate that was about the same as 10-15mg of oxy so I took it. I asked him the chemical name, he said "Tapentadol" and I was just like "Oh, oka-OHWAITISNTTHATANSNRIOHMYGOD". Wasn't exactly in a "think things over" mindset, haha

It was actually quite pleasant, felt like combining oxy and adderall only slightly more sedating and slightly less euphoric.
