I saw a topic that had ratings on quality and quantity labeled by area for dope, and the topic went on and on like updates to keep everyone aware of what was out there. I thought this was extremely helpful in not wasting money and also staying safe. I would like to have something like this again. The general areas in discussion were NJ, PA, and NY (VA could be added if no one minds)...
