update

Well my family doctor was way too full to take me, so i went to the local walk in. Well its not really walk in clinic but they take walk ins if they dont got too many appointments.

So the doctor gave me a referall to a nurologist and to get a EEG.

Im a little worried but not afraid. I've beat the disease once already, I know I can kick its ass a second time.

The migranes are back and clonazepam isn't helping at all, I tried taking a amatryptaline just to relax and sleep a little but my brain still hurt like a bitch.

Nothing is helping this fucking this headache.

I am going to take my night time medication and go to bed early. :|

It may sound goofy, but the best remedy I have found for migraines is good old caffeine. If I start to get the "aura" and I have a drink of coffee/tea/soda that is caffeinated, I find I can fight them off 90% of the time. Excedrin Migraine's secret ingredient is caffeine.

Avoiding triggers - common are red wine, chocolate, and a slew of other foods, is also a way to prevent them.

Let the Klonopin do its work on your epilepsy. It is an ideal treatment for many epileptics.

Actually I might end up back on Tegretol again. My appointment is Feb. 11th 2010.

we are not sure if its medical reasons or naturally just coming back. I am going to start working out at the YMCA doing some cardio, swimmings, Yoga or maybe Tai-Bo, which i hear is amazing for muscle building and keeping in good shape.
Mind you my friend did it for 2 years and also lifted weights and all that other fun time.

Clonazepam is doing nothing for my seziurs.

So I can't wait to see CMAH to heko me with CBT and eventually become med free.

I noticed the coffee thing too! How weird huh?

I love Honey-lemon Tea, that stuff is verry yummy and tea has more caffine than coffee wierdly enough....

Thanks, !

There's other benzodiazepines that I think are more "engineered" to be anti-seizure medications, so I hope you find the right medication for you! There's lots of benzos out there.

I'm glad to hear you're exercising, it does wonders for a person. It's helped me a lot recently (mostly with frustration/anxiety/etc), so keep up the good work! :)
