Unusual Nostril pai

Very new to this site so I hope this is the right place to ask this.

I have been experimenting with snorting Perc 30's for around 3 years. Over the past year it has picked up to multiple times per week. Today I had an M box Perc 30 and crushed it up and snorted it with the nostril that I always have snorted pills with (the right nostril). Immediately after I snorted it they experienced a sharp pain in the right nostril that they had never experienced before. After an hour and many tissues later the pain went away but I was confused. I, 3 hours later snorted an A215 with their left nostril (nostril never really used before) and experienced zero pain and no drip. My right nostril is still sore and feels clogged. Can anyone with experience with this issue explain what is going on and what I can do to fix it?

This happened to me in the 80's with cocaine and I ended up with a deviated septum. So you really need to give the snorting a rest. Don't wait until you start getting sinus infections and nosebleeds. You could also use some saline spray to clear it out.
