Unusual MDMA comedown

I am extremely scared for my sister of whom took some molly that we had bought. She has done MDMA before and we knew what to expect, overall the comedown wasn't that bad. Now, this shit we got that she took she had said she was feeling a bit odd during her roll. She definitely was rolling, but she was sure it was cut with something else. What else? We don't know, but something. It has been almost 24 hours now and she has been experiencing the worst comedown possible. Her physical symptoms are far worse than her psychological/emotional symptoms and that's what is worrying me.

First off,
she is sick as a dog. No fever, that I know of (our thermometer is pretty shit so who knows..) and she is sensitive to EVERYTHING. She is VERY VERY aggravated and irritable. Im trying to help her as best I can, but Im getting a bit worried. She hasn't slept since she took the MDMA (only an hour nap here and there) and her heart rate is around 130-140 bpm constant. Her head is killing her and well.. That's all I can get about the symptoms. She won't talk to me so I don't know. Everytime I try to talk to her she just gets really aggravated, but those are the symptoms I've noticed/she's said.

Any ideas? Was it pipes or something? I have no idea what pipes feel like, but I've heard it is hell.. So, if anyone has any experience with those, does this sound at all like it?

Im actually her twin sister, so this is really scaring me. It's always worse for the other twin seeing your twin suffer. :(

there possibly could have been pips in the mdma.... or if you redosed several times during the night i get this as well for the next few days/week i essentially lose my mind.... but not sure
 
So how did it go? She ok now? Tons of water, (that's why her head hurts, dehydrated) Your heart rate is supposed to stay at 60 to 80 when you are at rest, so imagine what it can do to her heart to stay that fast for so long. Why do we trust putting something in our bodies that was made by someone we don't even know..... Hope she is ok.
 
Probably had piperzines.. Nasty things and will make you feel like absolute shit. Best advice would be to ride it out unless it gets too unbearable to manage.
 
It seems likely that the drugs she took were cut with one or more piperazines. They are known to produce really shitty comedowns very similar to what you are describing.
