This is a poem i wrote in about 5 minutes, inspiration struck and i had to run with it.
Why should I be scared? I know what I want...
Uncertainty has plagued me for so long.
Time wasted, being and not doing.
Living but not feeling.
Lusting and not loving.
And you...there you were.
Forbidden fruit? or Divine Ambrosia.
Eternal Damnation? Hardly...
One sip and eternal life is mine.
Sleep will come easier than it ever has.
Tonight my dreams will be filled with you...
Eyes closed, drifting off to slumber...
Breath whispers... 'I love you too..."
