Just thought i'd record my experience of taking a clear capsule of 'unofficial' "6-apb" (supposedly improved batch). Yeah yeah i know, but it was free and i took the risk. Didn't want to put this in the 6-apb thread, because there's a very good chance it's some other random chemical - for the same reason, i advise anyone unsure...
DON'T TAKE THESE CAPSULES
(This isn't because the experience was particularly bad; just thought i'd get the 'HR' in first)
I've lots of experience with a wide range of substances; in particular, i've had 'official' 6-apb three times.
-24.00 allergy test/taste - sweetish with bitter after-taste; not recognisably similar to taste of 'official'.
0.00 Took the cap (clear nearly full 00 cap 377mg net - claimed as 110mg 6-apb+filler).
1.00 first effects felt; slight stimulation, slight fuzzy-headedness. (seemed a long come-up: 'official' had a fairly long come up, but i felt it within 20 min)
2.00 effects built up over last hour but still mild; slighty weird headspace, some stimulation (foot tapping occasionally)
3.00-6.00 The effects plateau and stay steady over this time. I'm stimulated but not obviously so; there is a mood lift, but again, not obvious (and this sort of stuff should be obvious). My heart rate is a little elevated but not much (90-100), and i feel fairly hot (but not massively).
7.00 Effects still detectable but tailing off. Slightly heavy head.
9.00 Still some lingering tingles but basically finished
Looking back over the experience, it did do something and was basically enjoyable, but it was very mild - most of the time was spent trying to work out if i was feeling anything (not a problem for me on 'official' or any MDxx) - Even if the contents were identified, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH CURRENT PRICE (well to me anyway).
The strength/quality of the effect was nowhere near the 'official', although i suppose the duration was similar. It didn't really feel like it to me, but I couldn't rule out that this was a very low dose of 6-apb (threshold effects being hard to judge)
I did 'official' in doses of ~33, 66 and 100 mg - if this cap did indeed contain an 'unofficial' synth, it was either cut or impure enough to bring the effective dose below 30 mg (i'd estimate).
