^ Exactly. There's a certain sick irony in how much damage is caused by this fucked up 'boy who cried wolf' scenario. If you tell someone that something is dangerous and evil and will kill you, then they try it and have the most amazing night of their life and wake up feeling fine, then they're immediately going to disregard everything else you've said, even the stuff that's true.
