okay..go ahead and puke first...those of you that have heard me bitch will understand how difficult this was for me to put in here...but how wonderful to have the inspiration. :)

meeting at an unconventional place
sharing some of my sanity
so that you'd feel more safe
later,
a little flirting
some conversation
typical party situation
a few kisses
abrupt goodbyes
not realizing that deep down
a small flame had ignited
in a heart long protected
other parties
other people
a chance to sit and talk together
share dreams
gather insights
come away with a sense
that something was there
friends visit each other, right?
you flew to see me...your first flight ever
the same week that others were terrified to fly
but you came because it was me
that weekend we knew things had changed
we were not the same as before
i let you hold my heart
i was not sure of this, if you were the right person, if this was the proper thing
you told me that if it meant our friendship,
you would gladly give it back for me to offer to another without hesitation
this made me realize that you would not take it lightly and i could trust you to care
and i realize that you are so many things i thought i would not find,
and even though you are not what they say i should look for, you are everything that makes me happy...
you are beautiful
and kind
and fun
and open-minded
and loyal to those you have faith in
and you are inherently good
because of this
i believe in and love you

he must be a lucky a guy to have someone like you love him. i hope he realizes it. wait yeah he does. and i love you to.
 
If I had a big silly grin on my face for weeks on end, it still wouldn't get across how happy I am to see you two happy. I agree, you both deserve it. All the joy in the world and then some, and all of the smiles and laughter that come with it. :)
 
This reminds (ha! Reminds? I think about it all the time...) me of a great time for me earlier in the year... It was my first flight without my parents, and tho it didn't end up in a relationship I did end up with a fantastic friendship with a girl who is still one of the most important people in my life...
Congrats, and here's hoping the love holds strong :)
 
I am so so happy to see the two of you happy and in love. Watching from the outside giving small words of wisdom and encouraging thoughts don't pay off unless you see people get to what they have been looking for, happiness. You two rock and I love you both.
