Wasn't sure where I should post this so I'm posting it here.
Within the last year or so I seem to experience tremors from time to time, it's mostly shaky hands that I cant control but also like jerky movement with my head when just like turning to look at something.
I'm not sure what exactly is causing this. Im 26, M, and currently taking 20mg of adderall XR 2-3 times per week, and also 1mg or less of a benzo a night, and in the gym lifting 4-5 times a week. Also I experiment with most all other drugs from time to time but only once a month or so, with the exception of alcohol and when I do drugs it's usually smoking a little weed or taking a few opiates.
At first I figured it was the alcohol, as I get drunk once or twice a week and noticed it was worse on the days I was hungover. But even if I go a week without drinking I'll still have days where my hands are shaking, and it's not like the alcohol shakes it's somewhat different.
Anyone else experience this, and possibly know what I can do or take to keep it from happening or make it less severe?
