Stars shatter in the sky raining down like fire
into oceans deep velvet blue
Memories washed away on the waves
tides brought with the moons rays
I try to think of you but the images are all faded
the earth below is stained
and the wind carries my soul away

Wow. Your descriptive language is really damn good, so immersive and emotive it feels like I could close my eyes, and see the stars falling out of the sky. Very nice work. :D

The imagery is astounding and intense, as though you're feeling everything described all at once
The poem to me seems about a single moment when everything happens
Some kind of epiphany, what it is to be 'unbound'
