Unacceptable side effects?

Constipation and explosive diarhrea, concurrently.

Insomnia, Anxiety, and Nausea. I try my hardest to avoid nausea whenever I take opiates (My DOC) by eating before I take em and/or taking Diphenhydramine or Doxylamine before I dose. I only really get bad nausea from Vicodin. Sometimes it's not even worth taking it unless I can get something to get rid of the nausea.
