Ultram to oxy

Hey y’all! First time poster, long time browser here.
Someone’s been using ultram for about 10 yrs, usual dose 8pills 2-3 times daily. Recently got her hands on some 20mg oxy ext release. What’s a good starting off point? Has around 30 of them. Trying to find some energy for holiday cleaning.

Try a casual 3 as a starter. Should boost mood and give some energy If you are gonna take trams at the same time try 1 or 2.

Thats a bit of a jump from Tramadol or Oxycodone! I would of thought he'd try u on Dihydrocodeine or Morphine first!
