Didn't they bust a drug running sub with like 20 tons recently? Maybe thats a bit high of an estimate but I clearly remember it having more than just one ton.
bet the a few of the cops who seized the coke will be having a very messy weekend this weekend lol ! its good they seized this because it shows that the coke comes into the uk pure and the greedy dealers bash it to nigh on 0% pure so it might make coke heads think before wasting 50 squid on a g in future, coke wat a waste of cash and all the lives lost in columbia to this drug....coke is pure evil !

I think it was 17 tons in a semi-submersible vehicle, close enough to 20. Multi-ton busts of coke are common coming into the US, but apparently this is the biggest one in Britain so far. Much more coke comes to America than to Britain though.
SF makes a good point- cops seem to have a problem with arithmetic. Question isn't Colombian #4 imported. Probaly got a deal worked out with the UK SOCA. Catch enough coke to justify their budgets but keep the heroin drought going (by not introducing a competator to Afgani gear.)

I thought the UK didn't even have coke and the coke they do have was complete garbage?? Isn't that why they are all so obsessed with those stupid Research Chemicals like mephedrone and shit like that... ?? I know most the people on BL that blab about RC's and shit are mainly from the UK or surrounding countries... friggin' WANKERS! lol

You shouldnt believe everything you read
There are people who take RC's but the people who take coke vastly outnumber them, there is a lot of shit coke around the UK, but at the same time there is also a lot of very nice coke. Theres a two tier market, you pay for what you get for, the £30 a gram stuff is the <10% that people sell and consume, then there is the £60-£100 a gram stuff which is widely available if you know people which can be very very nice flake. Round where I live though its about as easy to get coke as it is weed, I can probally choose from about 15 people just around where I live.Thats still a massive haul though and a massive loss for who ever was importing it could probally shut them down permantley..
