TWO teenagers needed emergency medical treatment after taking a Class A illegal drug called 2CI. One 17-year-old girl was rushed to hospital and taken into intensive care, with another 15-year-old girl treated by ambulance crews after taking the drug on Saturday night. The first incident happened at 8.47pm when an ambulance was called after the 17-year-old girl was found unconscious on Tannery Road in Bridport. She was taken to Dorset County Hospital. The second incident happened two hours later at 10.47pm, when an ambulance was called to the 15-year-old girl on St Mary's View, Bridport. She was given roadside medical care and was taken home by the ambulance crew.

According to the Talk 2 Frank drug advisory service, drugs of the 2C family, known as “Smiles”, have both hallucinogenic and stimulant effects. They are relatively new in the United Kingdom, with very little medical information about them known. The drugs have been linked to the death of two teenagers in North Dakota, America.

Not the best written article ever, but what do you expect from Dorset?

Anyway, I'm fingering NBOMe here. Health pproblems & fatalities do occur with 2c-i & other 2c-xx compounds, but two events in the same town on the same night, only a few hours apart, is a bit unusual. It wasn't so long ago that 25i-NBOMe was legal here in the UK & I am certain the NBOMe series pose similar but greater risks to life & health than their weaker 2c counterparts, so I would not be surprised if these girls took 25i-NBOMe, rather than 2c-i. It would not be unusual to see NBOMe drugs missold as 2c-xx drugs.

Of course, I doubt we'll ever know for sure...

All 2ci hospitalizations I've read about were the result from either stupidly high doses, often insufflated, or combined with other drugs, or the result of impure/potentially mislabeled product.
I highly doubt this is 2ci as well
