I am new to mushroom gathering but have taken them a fair few times and I'm looking to collect some myself this year. I do have a small knowledge of what I'm looking for and know where to find them within the area I live. My main concern is taking something I shouldn't although without thoroughly checking them all I obviously won't take them. Now my question is are their any mushrooms which look similar to liberty caps I should look out for? And what are the most obvious features to look out for on a mushroom as to find out if they are defiantly what I'm looking for. I have used this forum for cannabis before but I am new to mushrooms so all insights are welcome as I'd love to find out as much as possible about them before taking them again and especially about finding and gathering them as I wish to do a few adventures to find them and stock up for a while this year :D.
