Judge shows mercy to Middleton husband who grew cannabis in his shed to ease wife’s pain from arthritis
A pensioner has admitted growing cannabis in his garden shed, so the drug could be used to ease his wife’s crippling arthritis. Malcolm Taylor, 66, mixed resin from the plants with butter to give to his wife Nina, 61, after conventional drugs failed to alleviate her pain. Police stumbled across his cannabis farm after they investigated a break-in at his house last September.
