Last time I was in hospital they tried giving me IV tramadol. They already asked me what meds I was on and I told them dexamph was one. I asked they do realise the dex and tramadol combination causes seizures right? They seemed shocked I would turn down the holy grail that is tramadol induced seizures... 
Was much happier with the shitloads of DHC they shovelled in my gob instead. Fucking eight tablets a day they gave me, blissful. But got fuck all for the serious breakthrough pain that woke me up in the night except 10mg time release morphine tablets. Might as well have been sugar pills.
