UK Drug Test (Five Panel "First-Sign" drug test)/other UK Urine tests - ADVICE/HELP

Hi,

Ok, basically I am currently doing weekly UA tests.

Anyway, I have decided that I want to take some Xanax (Alprazolam) to ease the insomnia - minus any harm-reduction advice, does anyone know whether Xanax/Alprazolam will show up on UK drug tests which test for benzodiazepines.

There is the link above with the particular test I am referring to. I've emailed the company, but as Alprazolam isn't that common of a benzo in the UK I am unsure whether they'd bother testing for the metabolite (is it hydroxyalprazolam or something?) and I think they usually just test for Oxazepam etc.
