I have been a junkie but pulling an opium suppository out of nanna'a ass? is pretty desperate...
 
Oh btw I worked in a nursing home for awhile and Norspan(Buprenorphine) patches are becoming very popular, it seems almost all of the edlerly people there wear them so maybe they are taking over from fent? Afterall im sure Norspan is a lot safer. So if you get your hands on a fent patch, be safe but make the most of it! Or better yet just send it to me :P

From breif conversations with a pain specialist I'm told that Bupe is preffered over fentanyl for long term opiod maintainence. It does give a decent amount of pain relief to, making it good for keeping the oldies smiling and dosed up indefinately. ;)

Marketing rules might seem strict, yet somehow my psychiatrist still has a draw full of sample packs of the devils lexapro that he throws around as a one stop miracle cure :| But that just goes to show the influence pharma companies have on ye' old prescription pad.
 
^ A bloke I know whose prescribed oxy 80s for chronic pain is being asked to move onto methadone now his tolly requires it. He doesn't like opies but he's not happy about it because he can make money pushing his oxys. I would've thought methadone would be better for pain than bupe, but I don't really know.

Glad to hear you're still live and kicking SpiritFolk. Shit can go wrong in the blink of an eye. I was reading the BL Shrine the other day, a poster made a similar thread asking for help with a different combo of opioids, and later died from it :|
 
^^ yeh that shit was very potent.. and the way you forget ur wearing the patch even makes for more dangerous buisiness. Glad I ripped it off when I did and didn't wake up in the hospital, or die.

I think I will try and stay away from them from now as I don't use opiates daily. Try my pot luck at PST every week or two if I feel the need. Don't seem to get any good seeds though which has been a really good thing.

Lifes so good now, I don't know why I still fuck around in the danger zone sometimes,
