Hey, so I have a script for Adderall XR. I've recently started taking Tyrosine supplements (1000 mgs) and they greatly increase the effect of the Adderall. I tried this on a whim and was very impressed with the result. I'm wondering if there are any other supps that go well with Adderall regardless of dosage - assuming the goal is to increase focus, think critically, and/or study. So far, magnesium chelated + tyrosine + B vits seem to have benefits. If Tyrosine helped so much, doesn't that mean L-Dopa + phenylalanine should also be looked into?
Secondly, I've tried Rhodiola Rosea with Adderall and it seems to greatly increase my spontaneity in social situations. It also increases my verbal fluency. can any of you chem majors tell me why that is?
