Now, a few things -
Are you sure you were offered Oxymorphone? It makes no sense why a doctor would offer the strongest of all narcotics (outside of fentanyl and it's analogs) unless, well shit, if a doctor thought you warranted oxymorphone then he would have thought you were seriously enough injured that ther wouldnt be an issue with not wanting to give you something for fear it's "to strong" .. also, tramadol and codeine wouldn't even be on the menu, instead fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone, hydromorphone, etc.. ALL THAT would be scripted before oxymorphone and even the coldest doctor wouldn't waste your time with a script for codeine..
Are you TRYING to get good drugs to get high or what? Why in the name of black Jesus would you TURN DOWN oxymorphone? Why would you EVER deny having tried the first combo that was proposed? What exactly is your goal? And what 'condition' do you have in the first place? (or what condition are you making up in order to score if thats the case) ..
Some other points ..
Codeine is much weaker then morphine, in terms of recreation tramdol (us yanks might know it better under it's brandname - "Ultram")

Tylex is a mildew and soap scum cleaner for showers, sinks, and other bathroom fixtures - HAHAHAHA!! I MADE A FUNNY! GET IT? I was acting as though I thought he was talking about the bathroom cleaner thats sold in the US, it's called Tylex, the same as the name of the drug he is talking about! HAHAHA! Feel free to use that at school, work, or at a party with yer friends - as long as you finish the joke with "I got that zinger from PhreeX" .. wait, I got another, "y0 man, I got me some OC-40's, thats OXYCLEAN 40's!" HAHAHAHAAH! OH MY GOD I AM GOING TO PUBLISH A BOOK WITH THESE IN THEM! GET IT? IT'S OXYCONTIN AND NOT OXYCLEAN.. OXYCLEAN IS ANOTHER CLEANER SOLD IN AMERICA!

Anyway, Tylex is one of those drugs like "Neo-Percodan" .. it was created so that American drug seekers on vacation think they are getting Tylox, which is oxycodone and APAP, hell, the Tylex packages say "STRONG NARCOTIC PAIN RELIEF" .. well, since so many clueless American suffer from the "OxyCotton" syndrome, they have only heard their friends mis-pronounce the name of prescription pain killers, given that they are, well, idiots, they are not aware that Tylex is acetaminophen and codeine .. actually that might be false, I don't know if there is really some conspiracy to trick people into thinking they are getting something worthwhile when they are not, but if you have ever went shopping in a Mexican pharmacy you might think twice ..
