Tylenox 750?

Yes but the APAP is very toxic to your liver so you need to do a CWE if you plan on taking more than 1 or 2. What is your opiate tolerance like?

edit: also just to make sure what does it say under active ingredients on the label?

IDK what opiate means.

But you eat them anyway. You should go read up on opiate drugs, at least get a basic knowledge of them, before you go eating any more. Eating huge amounts of vicodin at once is unadvisable for the reasons stated above.

7.5 milligrams of oxycodone makes these pills similar to Vicodin 750mg/10mg. Don't eat 5 at once, and remember your mileage may vary.

An opiate is a type of drug that acts on the opiate receptors in your body. Some of the more common ones are:
  • Tramadol
  • Codeine
  • Morphine
  • Hydrocodone
  • Oxycodone
  • Oxymorphone
  • Heroin
  • Fentanyl

Opiates are useful as pain killer but can also be abused for their euphoric and sedative effects. Abusing them is also dangerous however because if you take too many you will fall asleep and stop breathing. Check out the wikipedia article on them here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opiate

Because different opiates work on the same receptors on the brain, if you build up a tolerance to one you also build up a tolerance to the other ones.

Vicodin 10s contain 10mg of hydrocodone which is a medium strength opiate, while according to selio the Tylenox 750 contains 7.5mg of oxycodone which is about twice as strong.

If you usually take 50mg of hydrocodone you should probably try and start off with about 20mg of oxycodone.

Once again just to make sure though why don't you read the label of the Tylenox 750 bottle and tell me what the active ingredients are and how many milligrams are in each pill.

Acetaminophen:
Regarding the acetaminophen, consuming more than 3-4g (3 to 4 thousand mg) at once or less than that consistently is extremely bad for your liver. You need to remove the acetaminophen (also known as APAP or paracetamol) by using a cold water extraction or CWE. Check out this thread here. Cold Water Extraction Mega Thread & FAQ v2.0

So your saying I can extract the hydrocodone

^Exactly! Using nothing but cold water and filter of some kind (coffee, paper towel, cotton t-shit). Except with the tylenox sekio seems to think it is oxycodone that you are extracting. Can you read the label and check along with the mg amounts?

It will seriously save your life.

Is it necessary to do a CWE on vicodin ?
Yes. Anything that includes acetaminophen in it (including Vicodin) needs to have a CWE preformed.

Omg thank you so much. I don't have them right now. Say I want to take 5 vicodin 7.5s.
I would
1. Grind them up
2. Place them in (how much water?)
3. How long do I wait?
4. Place a filter over a cup and pour the water in
5. Let it filter then drink the water

Try reading this or searchinfg for "cold water extraction".

Upon further research these are completely inactive. Assuming they are Tylex 750 they are nothing more than simple acetaminophen and contain no oxycodone. (ref in spanish)

There's no point in taking these if they are in fact Tylenox 750 tablets. Look up your pills on a reliable pill identification site - it should be no problem finding one with google.
