Im about to do the CWE with 4 15mg Tylenol codeine is this safe? will i get a buzz?

Why wouldn't it be safe? The point of a cwe is to remove the tylenol, and just end up with codeine, so if you do it correctly sure, 60mg of codeine isn't that high at all.

Also, are those the ones with 500mg of tylenol? If so you'd probably be fine just taking them as normal, and no need to do a cwe. It's not really that high a dose, and you won't lose any codeine in the process.

From what I can gather they contain 300mg of Paracetamol each, x4 that's only 1200mg. A regular dose is 1000mg if I'm not mistaken, so if I am correct it would be fine to just take them without a CWE.

You may get a buzz from 60mg, I know I certainly wouldn't though. I first tried 120mg and didn't feel much at all from it. 240mg was the sweet spot for me (this will vary from person to person so it's safe to start small).

Well, you tell me - do you have any opiate tolerance? Are you allergic to anything (within that pill)? If the answers are yes and no then you'll be fine. Codeine is quite weak so if you do NOT have a tolerance, or a very light tolerance you will still be okay.

CWE will make taking T3's evens afer. Even if you do not do a CWE or it is botched a little bit - you'll STILL be okay. Just don't take 3000-4000mg (which you are not even close to) on a regular basis for a prolonged period of time. THEN you may be looking at potential issues.

Will you get a buzz? Depends on your tolerance. Check out the potentiation thread for tips if you're interested.
