tylenol 3-extracting the codeine?

is there a way to extract te codeine from tylenol 3? i have five pills, is that how much i should take? if there isnt a way to extract it can i just swallow the pills (will the acetaminophen do much damage?)
any help is apreciated

Just swallow them, you should't worry about the APAP at that level. Unless you really don't want to put any strain on your liver..

Take all 5, don't worry about the extraction. I've taken 7 before with no ill-effects. Cold water extractions are for people with 50+ pills on hand.
