Bugs Two-step verification nearly every time I log on?

why would i have to log into xenforo?

i dont have a xenforo account

i have a bluelight account that i can't log into
 
do you even understand what i mean?

so i lost access to my google authenticator app

and i need that to log into my account

so i cant log into my account or do anything to fix it


so maybe an admin can go into my account and turn the 2 step verification off for me or possibly reset my password or do something like an admin might know how to do to fix my account, which is obviously not the account that i am using right now

the other account is the account that i normally use and this one i made so i can ask one of you to help me with this problem

xenforo is the platform on which bluelight runs. in this context "xenforo account" is synonymous with "bluelight account".

what is your other bl account?

remember that this kind of message puts us in an awkward position, the first thing somebody who's not 'you' would likely do would be to contact us pretending to be 'you' with some tale about how they lost access to their 2fa mechanism and can we just work around it.

Send an email to Mr. Krinkle and see if he responds and knows anything about an Uncle K who is speaking on his behalf

If you want to know how and why I lost access to Google account, it is because it was compromised so I had to make a new account - therefore, I lost access to the Google authenticator app

I'm asking you to help me with my account and you don't seem to know how to do it.

Which is why I tagged @Skorpio and @Cheshire_Kat because they probably have more knowledge than you do
