Two serotonine drugs?

What do you think about taking two antidepressants in low doses? for example 37,5mg of Efexor with tricyclic antidepressant or 37,5mg Efexor with 10mg or 15mg of Celexa? I think the risk of serotonine syndrome is low with this small doses.

My mother has severe bipolar and once during one of her manic phases she built a bonfire in the backyard at 4am, or another time she was weeding the flower bed for 6 hours until 6am.
What the fuck sounds fun about that?
