alright first i hear there are pills that help your uruinte test a week or to behind, that r legal at GNC. Just wondering cause i might have a suprise work test so its not too big of a deal.
2) How do i get my doc to change 90 1mg Ativan to xanax i do not adjust well to ativan even though i feel great on xanax, but i dont wnat to feel like a pill head even though it helps that much
plust im only 19 and have been takin it for over a 1. that and effexor,,, thanx for any input

I heard Niacin(sp?) was decent?
I think the most reliable thing I've found is to purchase canning fluid from a store, Meijers?, then drink it like water before a test.
It dilutes your urine like water, yet contains all kinds of things that make it look like you didn't drink gallons of water before your test.
On that Ativan thing, you have to make your doc feel like he is calling the shots. Try to think of a way where he can feel like he is doing the right thing, and changing your medication safely. Accept whatever he suggests or prescribes alternatively as if it may be the cure for cancer, and if you aren't content with it, research what you were prescribed, then find what effects you can safely say are negative for you, then hope for a different script.
If you can feign honesty well enough when it comes to your doc, you can get whatever you want. If you can't, your better off not to try.
