Hello ppl,

Had this new experience I would like to describe and see what u guys think about it.

The night after taking a considarable amount of E, I went to bed to try to sleep.

Everytime I dozed off/almost fell asleep, I would experience some sort of a twitch or shock (hard to describe), that would wake me up. I cant say it felt alarming but it was annoying. It would mosly be in an arm of leg.

Has anyone else experienced this ? I googled around and found this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnic_jerk that kind of resembled it.

Thanks for reading. :)

That's common with MDMA, some people are more susceptible to this than others. It's classic that it increases in severity when you are falling asleep. However for most people it means that they took too high of a dose or that they are rolling too frequently. You say you took a considerable amount of MDMA so from this I gather you took a high dose. I think you need to lower your dose in the future because when you abuse MDMA the side-effects get more severe the more you abuse it

I see you added the (tested) prefix. Did you test with a full testkit or with a single reagent?

Yeah that's way too much. A gold bar contains about 200mg on average, so that's 500mg. A normal dose for a person with very low tolerance is about 130mg. Some, like me, take more than that but 500mg is way too much no matter how much tolerance the person has

Check out this thread for some pointers on how to use MDMA wisely, you can find dosage guidelines there as well

Muscle tension and leg twitching are classic symptoms of overdoing stimulants (not just MDMA). Give it a bit of time and I'm sure you'll be back to normal.

calcium magnesium pills will help with muscular side effects of mdma.

muscle cramps
twitching
jaw tension

magnesium promotes muscle and nerve health.

It was already much less severe this night :)

It did however have a reoccruring nightmare I havent had for quite some time wich I find interesting. Woke up covered in sweat (disgusting I know)

Tho it could also be the 5-htp
