tv: The Contender

Najai Turpin is the black guy on the EAST team. NBC said they were going to dedicate an episode to him. But so far, in the first few episodes, he hasn't really been shown. The show airs on Sunday nights @ 8am pacific.

All in all, a good show. But for some reason the ratings are really bad. I enjoy it.

If you want to see some real fighters watch The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV.
 
I just saw the UFC on tv last night! I have seen the previous ones on DVD, but just happened to be changing channels last night and saw it on. I LOVE UFC!!!
 
So I caught the show dedicated to Najai and his daughter was so cute. It made it so much worse watching it and knowing that she now doesn't have a father. I can't believe that he did that.
 
I know. Poor little thing. I hope the benefit managed to raise a decent amount of money. Not that that's any consolation though.

Still a decent show, but there still hasn't been an episode anywhere near as good as the first one.

UFC is equally as good if not better. Those dudes are fuckin crazy.

I feel exactly the same, i was out of my seat when alfonso beat that peter(i think thats his name?) dude. The weird thing is i dont even like boxing much cos im sick of stupid decisions from judges ruining main events time and time again, if it wasnt for that i would watch it more often...good program though!
 
the CONTENBDER is ok, nothing great, BBBBBUUUUTT the ULTIMATE FIGHTER is the best reality show ever...im a huge MMA fan, and its about tme the UFC had its own.....

TUF is on tonight, on SPIKE channel, 10:05 central time....
 
Contender is good, but yeah the UFC show was sweet.

The last episode was a brawl! The fight between that skinny forrest guy and the other dude was a slobber knocker. It was also so cool that they both got a contract/prize money at the end.
 
The best two fights in the whole series was the very first one between alfonso and manfredo, and the second to last one between alfonso and jesse, imo.
