It seems like the Aqua teen Hunger force gets more attention than SeaLab 2021, but for the true fans of this amazing comedy cartoon on adult swim........This thread is for you!

I personally think that this is the most funniest cartoon to reach the networks since South Park.
Violence, nudity, foul language, sinister plots, twisted endings, unique characters.
Everything I've always wanted in a cartoon!!!!

But I fear the show will be going downhill with the death of Harry Goz, (the voice of Captain Murphy).

He made the show what it is.

the concept of this show is so attainable..
something we all thought about at one point or another *(that being dubbing over boring dialog with normal dialog about things like sex and drugs, ya know?)

that being said- nice one!

I love this show! It was standard practice for a loooong time to record it before hitting a club or party and then once we all got home sometime the next day packing a bowl and watching it while we all came down. I'm pretty sure myself and my friends were watching it under the circumstances that the creators intended it to be viewed under.

Sealab has moments of genius.

i've never seen this, but is the animation really as old-school as that picture in the first post shows? consider me a pseudo-fan, if so

The animation is similar to the idea behind Space Ghost C2C, in that they take recycled footage of a semi-moronic 1960s cartoon show and put it into new situations with crazy dialogue. I think it is a brilliant way to get the most bang for your buck.

My buddy Jim is an animation major here at school and was showing me some of the tricks they do to make it look that way, suffice to say it can all be done on a fairly regular PC.
