I think the switchover in the new series (showing future events, instead of past ones) is quite cool.

Only 1 episode out but I'm liking this better than the last series, looks like they'll be answering some questions instead of just creating new ones

I missed the first 10 minutes of the first episode, and felt like I missed an awful lot.

I also found the episode hard to follow because all the island scenes are dark as hell.

I saw all of season 3, in order, so I don't think it's that. I have a feeling that since the writers know they've gotta wrap this puppy up, this final season is going to have a brisker pace and an altogether different feel to it.

Really enjoyed the series 4 premiere, hope the writers strike finishes so we can get a full series as heroes was ruined by being cut short IMO

I'm gonna make this as short as possible, as I'm a lost-fanatic so I'll try to be as short as possible.

okay, about the writer's strike I think we're getting either 4 or 5 of the remaining 8 episodes (8 are already filmed) due to this strike business that just ended.

Just downloaded the third episode, "the economist", from itunes, can't wait til later to watch that!!!!



Meh, this thread's kinda slow, if anyone has any questions about lost that you think a guy who's seen the whole series maybe 10 times could answer, feel free to let me know . Lost is my favorite show by leaps and bounds (I don't even have tv lol, I download my episodes from the lamest program ever - itunes!), so if there's q's feel free to post them because I'll most likely know the answers unless you're also a lost addict and have something really, really difficult. Then we could just discuss .

nope, looks like it will end with season 6 in 2010

This season is pretty good so far, it's a shame that nearly everyone I knew who started out loving it has given up on it over the last couple of seasons! Looking forward to some possible supernatural goings on and maybe some explanations about the mystery of the Island itself (after scientific experiments this season).

also read an interview about fitting the last 8 episodes worth of story into these new 5 episodes, there's gonna be a break in the series after episode 7 and the second half will resume in april? starting with episode 8

that's awesome about six seasons, I think it was supposed to be like 3 or 4 when they originally put it out. I suck at 'surprises', I'm far more interested to get to the end than to stretch it longer, if that makes sense. Hell I always know what the new episodes are about, like in full, before watching them because spoilers are always online a day or two early for full eps!
