tv: Anyone catch the AMC mini-series "The Prisoner"?

Sup, I've never posted in this lounge. I did a search for this "show", but didn't find anything, so I thought I'd start this off. Aside from Mad Men and Breaking Bad being fucking awesome..what about this one? Thoughts people?

What's this show about? Is it as epic as Breaking Bad??

I got it Tivo'd so far but haven't had the time to watch it. I like Ian Mckellen though and the guy that played Jesus in Passion of the Christ is good too. Does anyone else thinks he looks and sounds like Christian Bale in this show?

I didnt realise that this was being aired in the states. I will have to rapidfind it.

It got terrible reviews, most markedly compairing it to the original. I thought it was pretty good. When I think about it, the reviews are more along the lines of "Crash the show sucks and the movie is epic."
