tv: 30 Days (Created by the director of Super Size Me)

both the movie and the show are instresting and the concept is a good one with so many possibilities... but the execution is not tip top in either

i like the series, i dvr it and watch it but i dont believe i will make it through every episode. as rc said it is forced and the people he has gotten to work with him have been a bit annoying (such as steroid's wife and straight guy)
has potential spurlock now get someone else to use your idea ;)

do you mean you think it will be canceled? i sincerely doubt that.. it's gotten very good reviews and the ratings for the opening night we very good as well.

In fact this review says a second season may be coming :) The first season is only 6 episodes btw

this sounds like a very interesting concept to me since we all know that people generally tend to be hugely ego centred, finding it very hard to ever truly put themselves in another persons shoes. so yeah, for this reason i like it :)

i'd say a guy who produced and starred in an award winning movie is likely to be better qualified to produce and host a tv show than a musician regardless of how many years the musician has been in the music industry :)

yeah, but Xhibit doesn't PRODUCE the show...

he's just the host.

like comparing apples to cork screws.

that just proves my point that the super size me guys is more qualified to produce the show as well as host it =D

anyways looking forward to next week's ep about living off the grid :)

the black bitch in this episode about the Eco-Community
is gettin' on my fuckin' nerves....

and the bald "wah wah no meat wah" cry baby isn't
too far behind ....

"oh wah, they made a puppet out of me as
a big head gun carrying rabbit killing man
when i DO have a big fuckin' head, i DID
bring a fuckin' pellet gun, and i DID fuckin
kill a rabbitt so i can get my heroine-like
meat fix on!!!!"

jesus fuckin' christ.

i made it through this episode ^ and i wanted to smack them both
evil little children
especially him... maybe after being vegetarian and later vegan or whatever for the last decade plus i am out of touch... but are people that crazy for meat? like in real life?

they remind me of typical (usually fat) and whine filled americans (stereotypical) and what i hate about the city and the 'one person cant make a difference' mentality

*im going to go use some nag champa soap in my weekly shower now and then tend to my carrot crop

^ i was surprised he was FIENDING for meat....

i went about 3 weeks on a bet meatless and didn't
suffer any 'withdrawals' and i love a good filet mignon...

guh

just thinking of them pisses me off.

the black chick wanted that skinny dude, for sho' tho.
