Tussionex First Time Dosage

Got some Tussionex with me and I'm getting some mixed reviews about a first time dose. I Have a pretty low opiate tolerance, 22mg of Hydro will take me out. So I was thinking maybe 30mg, or more?

Also my friend didn't really feel a 15mg dose of Hydro (and I did), should he take more Tussionex than me? or just about the same?

I would start with 30mg and work your way up from there, if needbe. If your friend didn't feel 15mg it doesn't mean he won't feel 30mg. Of course, Tussionex is an extended-release formulation and can sometimes take a while to hit you (if you have a full stomach, for example) so make sure you've waited a good hour or so before deciding to take more.
