Turtle Beach Headsets

Hey guys, How many of you have the Turtle beach headsets? I'm borrowing a set from someone and have so far been impressed, but what I want to know is it it really worth the hefty price tag? do you use yours alot? I'm just trying to find excuse to part with cash

I would highly recommend them.

I've got the Turtle Beach EarForce X41's and they are awesome. Wireless Digital RF game audio with Dolby Headphone 7.1 Surround Sound. These come in handy when playing any FPS games since you can hear so much more. I used them every time i play and to be honest, playing when not using them just sucks.

Although the price tag is hefty (i payed $250AUD), they're defiantly worth it.

Thanks, they do seem to be very good, I will wait till battlefield 3 and then make up my mind for sure. Just saving up the pennies now.

Ive tried TB X41s, Tritton AX Pros, and Astro A40s and the Astros are by far my favorite. A lot more comfortable and the sound is much more crisp imo, even though they both have 7.1. I own Tritton AX720s and theyve treated me very well for the past few years and I love them. I personallu recommend the Astro A40s. Same price as the TB X41s ($250USD), just not wireless (2 meter cable). But are you really going to wander that far from your TV?

i have ear force Z2 fairly cheap ones like 60 bucks i think and their great best sound and bass iv experienced in 50mm headphones
