turning paper tabs into liquid

could someone explain to me how exactly to turn paper cid into liquid? i got 16 tabs of some good paper and i feel like making it liquid just for the hell of it. could someone explain to me exactly what to do. and would i lose any potency?

It won't make them any more potent, but stick 'em in some everclear. You'll get liquid. It's kind of pointless though - just take the paper. It's easier.
