Turn that FROWN upside down jnr, or not. Why the upside down smile?

Within the first 20 minutes of arriving to work this morning got screamed at for 20 minutes by a C*NT of a client. Really sets your day up for bullshit. :(:X GRRRRR!
 
Orbital are playing in Australia next month but only in Queensland... Sucks to be a Melbournian right now

Had a house inspection this morning. Now I really don't feel like going in to work.
 
My family had to have our dog put down today. She was old and sick, and was struggling to breathe. I'm devastated :(

It's her 13th birthday. I'm finding it strange but somewhat fitting, the thought of dying on your birthday...

I could have sworn I just posted something but apparently I didn't. Anyway, you have my sympathies purple_pixie, that's always sad.
 
Ooooooohhhhhh I gave myself some shocking food poisoning yesterday. I'm only starting to feel better now. I had to go to hospital for an injection because the nausea was so bad. Crookshank! My guts have been shocking lately, with ulcers and reflux. *sobs*
 
I hope you start feeling better soon, Klue... I don't have ulcers but have a really annoying stomach - reflux, bloating... do you know if you should avoid certain foods, and what they are? Since i've all but cut out dairy from my diet, i feel heaps better...

Great news but it doesn't make up for The Tote closing it's doors after this weekend. Another melbourne live music institution bites the dust :X

Thanks Samadhi. My stomach has been a real pain in the arse lately. Today and last night I was having heartburn too. To start with I was really good with my diet, cut out all acidic and spicey things but have been getting pretty slack again. They are all the things I like! Coffee I love!!

I'm on Nexium which is meant to be the best anti reflux drug around. It's helped a lot and reflux hasn't been a problem for the last few months. My stomach just gets a bit sore sometimes. Dairy I'm good with. But I would love to give up dairy again because it's so fattening, but I like my flat whites too much.
 
Bah. This weekend Busty and I had a serious conversation regarding activities and outings over the next month or so. We concluded that we could only either do Earth Freq or Orbital and not both - purely based on the fact that I haven't been earning anything over the school holidays.

Poobumshitcunt. So disappointed. :(
 
Don't post here often. But need a rant.

horror story last saturday night my GF sleep walked off the bed, fell onto the corner of the desk, concused herself, gauged her cheek, woke me up some minutes latter (who knows how long) covered in blood and dazed and confused. Took me and her sis 15min to convince her to go to the hostiptal. Luck the hospital was empty at 12.30 on a sat night, then we sat there for 2hrs as I had quiet panic attacks about how she could of fucking fucked herslef up more. She got 7 stiches and is covered in bruses. Then I had to work sunday after moving/ikea'ing then put together a set of drawers sunday night (3hrs) and a wardrobe (3hrs) this morning. Now i'm at uni, finishing a 30min speech I haven't started for tomorow morning practise. Also tonight (/everynight this week) I need to clean my old house before thursday.

^ Bugger. I've been to an Emergency department on a Friday (or maybe saturday) night and it was mayhem with drunk people who had been in fights, police calming down people. Fortunate mate.

I'm working on it. :p

I'm at school for another month or so, then it's applications and interviews and hopefully a return to regularly scheduled budgets. This past year has been tough but I think it will all be worth it when I'm working in an industry I love. :)

The $90 it would cost us to see Orbital (on a Wednesday night) could quite easily contribute to our possible European jaunt towards the end of the year. It might even pay for a dinner in Dublin. :p

IMO, going overseas will be more exciting than seeing any band. :)

I've forgotten where I wrote down my UAC number and PIN or what I saved it under, so I can't check if I got an offer. I guess it will come in the mail.
