Is Tuna and a protein shake enough to eat after weights?
and I already eat a banana before running, what should I eat after running?
Thanks

A can of tuna and a 20g+ protein shake will provide enough post-workout protein, but no one can tell you if it's "enough to eat" without additional info.

Thanks
What about running?
What should i eat before and after running?

Shit, do some research. There's tons of information about eating healthy online. Google is your friend.

Nutty don't get disrespectful he has every right to ask any question he has regarding diet. You should go read some of your questions from this week about you not being able to control your drinking nor handle your thoughts from the past, sad state.

Everyone is allowed to ask whatever they want to ask as long as it's within the rules of the forum.

Sorry, too blunt? My only point was IMO it's not going to do any good for someone to say "Eat exactly this before your run", "Eat exactly this after you run" etc. I guess I'm a bit jaded because I pretty much had to learn about good nutrition on my own. And I'm not sure what my drinking has to do with anything.

tuna = mercury

protein shake = glycine,taurine..... actual usefull protein is 50% less than they claim

tell me one reason why run, tell me in witch way does running offer advantage over short bursts of sprint followed by minute of rest

That wasn't my question. I need to lose my faT belly i need to know what to eat

eat meat, like beef pork chicken salmon etc, with alot fat, around 120g daily just skip carbs, eat veggies but limit fruit and no rice, bread, pasta potato you get what I mean

no i dont. what do i eat before a run and after?

/\ Uh, your body needs carbs for fuel. Eating healthy really shouldn't be rocket science. As far as weight loss it really all comes down to calories in vs calories out.

What about stimulants?
Is Tuna a good thing to eat while on stimulants or a protein shake?

dont eat any carbs except veggies, simple
before dont eat anything, fasted cardio that shit will cut bodyfat like laser
And by veggies he doesn't mean potatoes, pumpkin, corn, etc... :D

Before? Glass of water with half a lemon squeezed into it.

I eat energy bars before my mile walks in the morning. I wasn't aware tuna was good to eat after, to replace protein. Is it necessary to replace protein after exercising?

Doesn't the body absorb what it needs anyways?

Protein is always good, but think about the point of loading up the viscera with food and THEN using the musculature. What happens is the viscera tends to shut off, meaning anything you eat immediately before exercise tends to sit there, unprocessed, until the body realises you aren't running from the lion.

And no, bodies DO absorb what they need but they also absorb a lot of crap as well - think sugars. Carbs from grains particularly are NOT something you want to be absorbing. Our bodies have systems designed to make, store and use fats, not sugars. That's why there's a diabetes epidemic on the planet.
