Trying to Survive

Everynight I'm coming home,
Franticaly searching for the phone,
To see if you called me.

We're not talking anymore,
What the hell am I waiting for?
A call that won't come thru.

I could write another letter,
Wishing it would make things better,
But it'd just get burned.

Before I sleep I pray for you,
Hoping this will help me too,
So you don't eat me alive.

I'm just trying to survive,
Knowing theirs a better life,
If I could come back to you.
