Trying to start suboxone need advice...

So I tried to use sub to quit my heroin habit 3 nights ago and I waited about 12 hours but I was definitely scoring high enough on the cows scale to start inducing so I took 2 mg and felt slightly better, an hour later I took another 1 mg and just got more sick than I'd ever been about 20 mins later. So anyway that was on Wednesday morning at about 1am that I took the first 2 mg. I then scored and smoked to feel better and of course the sub was blocking so it took more than usual to feel better and I smoked my last of it Thursday night at around midnite so Thursday evening/Friday morning. I woke up at 10am not feeling great and I found like 3 small hits of h on my floor and smoked it. My question is based on the activity of the last few days am I still at risk for PWs or will the small amount of sub in my system from the other nite prevent that? I've switched from heroin to sub before and had no problem and I was only a little bit sick when I did that and the doctor dosed me with 2 full strips and I felt fine so why the horrible difference when my heroin usage was basically less than it was when I switched the first time?
